*Opened coffee bag, open Kcup package are final and cannot be          returned or exchanged.  
*Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.  *Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
*To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps: 
Email support@micongicoffee.com with your order number in the subject line.  State the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.  From there, the customer is responsible for shipping the return to the following address:
